TERMS & CONDITIONS

GROUP CLASSES

  • Classes are booked by block at a cost of £10 per class.

  • New clients receive their first class free when booking a block.

  • Clients joining part way through a block will be charged pro-rata.

  • All blocks of classes are non-refundable due to limited numbers and reserved places.

  • Under some circumstances a refund may be offered but this would be following a consultation and would be discretionary.

  • Clients unable to make their usual class will be offered the chance to make up at a different class in that block, subject to availability. Advance knowledge of absence (via email/phone) is appreciated to help organise missed classes for clients and contact those on waiting lists.

  • Payment is in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer at the start of each block of classes.

1:1S, DUETS OR SMALL GROUPS.

  • 24 hours’ notice, ideally by phone, is required to cancel 1:1s, duets and small or closed groups, otherwise session will be charged in full.

  • In the case of one client being absent from duets or small groups, the rate according to the size of the group taught is payable if the session is not cancelled or rescheduled.

  • Booking a single session costs £45. Booking a block of 5, costs £42.50 per session and blocks of 10 cost £40 per session. Discount packages are valid for either a period of 10 weeks for 5 sessions or 20 weeks for 10 sessions from the date of purchase. After this period any unused sessions will be forfeited and no refund offered. Extenuating circumstances will, of course, be considered.

  • Discount packages for 1:1 sessions must be paid for in advance. If the block is cancelled mid-way through, refunds will be calculated by deducting the number of sessions used, charged at a single session rate.

  • Payment is in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer.

OVERALL

  • If you are new to Pilates, have a minor injury or have been referred by a specialist, a 1:1 session at £35 is recommended to cover basic principles and techniques and to give your instructor time to assess your individual requirements.

  • In the case of injury or medical conditions, a note from your GP or consultant to confirm you are fit to exercise, may be required.
